Refund policy
Transfers:
Transfers are accepted on all courses, as long as the student has taken none or 1 session of 4-5 course series. Transfer request must be made before ending date of original course. Transfer requests made after ending date of course, are ineligible for refund.
Once a course transfer has been processed, the new booking becomes final and is ineligible for refunds.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Cancellation of enrollment at least 14 days prior to the course start date, are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations of enrollment at least 7 days before course start date, are eligible for a 70% refund.
Cancellations on or after course start date, are ineligible for refund. However, the course qualifies for (1) transfer request.
Refund Policy for 1 day classes or Private lessons
We accommodate one rescheduling request when communicated any date prior to class/ lesson start date. rescheduling requests submitted on or after class/ lesson date are ineligible for rescheduling or refund. A new booking must be completed for attendance.
Cancellations/fees:
Cancellations of enrollment at least 7 days before course start date, are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations on or after class/ lesson date are ineligible for refund.
Late Policy:
To ensure the integrity of timed classes/ lessons, late policy is enforced. Arriving 15 minutes or later from start time, the instructor has the right to refuse admission and the student will be ineligible for a refund.
Policy Variations During Sales:
Our standard refund, rescheduling, and cancellation policies may be modified during promotional sales periods. Terms applicable to discounted enrollments are determined at the time of purchase and will be communicated before checkout.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are to original payment method and arrive within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
